Les is a great trainer, you can join no matter your level of fitness and he will always make sure you are working as hard as you possibly can, he is a great motivator! It is really rewarding as you progress and improve your techniques. Each class has a great variety of exercises and Les is constantly teaching us new things, he also has great advice on eating. It’s hard work but definitely worth it! I used to spend hours doing the classes at the gym and then did a month of kettlebells and the results were incredible in comparison. This is the best type of exercise I’ve done, I highly HIGHLY recommend! There’s a great group of people involved, you’ll have a laugh as well as getting a great work out! What more could you ask for.
