Just discovered that beetroot and kiwi taste so good together!

Either as a smoothie or with some oats as a breakfast jar. Try it it’s delicious.

This is how I made it:

beetrootkiwiIngredients (for 2 smoothies and 1 breakfast jar):

  • 1 Beetroot
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 handful of nuts(cashews, almonds, brazil, hazelnuts)
  • 4 Kiwis
  • Water
  • For the breakfast jar additionally, you will need. 1/3 jar for each jar:  oats, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds

Method:

Blend all except 1 kiwi (it’s for decoration) and ingredients for the breakfast jar. Add as much water as needed. You can serve smoothie with pieces of kiwi on the top.

For your breakfast jar add a layer of oats, sunflower and pumpkin seeds (1/3 of your jar). Slice the kiwi and stick a couple of pieces inside the jars. Cut the rest of the kiwi into little chunks and throw them into the jar. For extra sourness add more kiwi or squeeze some lemon into your jar!
