Meet the Bootcamp crew in Zoom at 6.30am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to live stream high energy, fun and effective workout to set you up with a positive outlook to your day.
All you need is a smile, a willingness to work hard and to follow along with the exercises. During the lockdown Bootcamp, there will be no need for equipment – every day is a prison workout 🙂
Bootcamp is about enjoying the journey towards getting healthier and fitter, having fun with others, and celebrating our good progress and results.
Our Fitness Soul Bootcamp starts when you receive your self-reflection questionnaire. This is used for a one-to-one phone or face call with one of our coaches to help you set some goals. then you will get the chance to join a four-week, intense programme of coached workouts in a small online group, with personalised instruction, healthy eating tips (not a diet plan!), private online support, and a free one-to-one virtual meeting again at the end to discuss your progress and achievements and to set your new goals!
The program is broken down into three components – STRENGTH, CV, and CROSS TRAINING (Muscular Endurance, Balance, multi-plane movements etc) You’ll work hard during every workout. o
