The Fitness Soul
The Fitness Soul Bootcamp is a four-week, condensed programme of coached workouts in a small group, with personalised instruction, daily healthy eating tips (not a diet plan!), a private online support, and a free one-to-one meeting to discuss goals and establish benchmarks with your coach.
You’ll work hard during every workout. Sessions will be challenging BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE.
