Meet the Bootcamp crew face to face at 6.30am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to high energy, fun and effective workout to set you up with a positive outlook on your day.


All you need is a smile, a willingness to work hard and to follow along with the exercises. During the lockdown Bootcamp, there will be no need for equipment – every day is a prison workout 🙂


Bootcamp is about enjoying the journey towards getting healthier and fitter, having fun with others, and celebrating our good progress and results.


Our Fitness Soul Bootcamp starts when you receive your self-reflection questionnaire. This is used for a one-to-one phone or face call with one of our coaches to help you set some goals. Then you will get the chance to join a four-week, intense programme of coached workouts in a small online group, with personalised instruction, healthy eating tips (not a diet plan!), private online support, and a free one-to-one virtual meeting again at the end to discuss your progress and achievements and to set your new goals!


The program is broken down into three components – STRENGTH, CV, and CROSS TRAINING (Muscular Endurance, Balance, multi-plane movements etc) You’ll work hard during every workout. o



The Fitness Soul Bootcamp is a four-week, condensed programme of coached workouts in a small group, with personalised instruction, daily healthy eating tips (not a diet plan!), private online support, and a free one-to-one meeting to discuss goals and establish benchmarks with your coach.

You’ll work hard during every workout. Sessions will be challenging, BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE.

You will sweat – a lot. You’ll even be sore at times. (only at first, though).

But you’ll LOVE it because every workout is accomplished in a fun, motivating and supportive atmosphere.

Using a tried & tested combination of high metabolic bodyweight and basic weighted exercises and a healthy, easy-to-follow eating guide, you can finally achieve the body shape you want and feel great. If you’re unhappy with your results after 30 days, you can have your money back!

The Fitness Soul Bootcamp is limited to 16 people. 

Once the maximum of 16 bootcampers is reached, all other applicants will be put on a waiting list.
