Itinerary (subject to change)
10 am – meet and coffee in Kenmore
10:30 am – join mobility and warm-up
11 am – run – few different route options from 5 to 15km, walking also possible
2 pm – lunch
3 pm – Hot Box Experience – hot tub, finish sauna, cold water immersion, slide into the lake optional!? A short swim in the lake – bring your wetsuit if you dare!
6 pm – meal
7 pm – back to Edinburgh
