Hands up if you've heard of "Couch to 5k"?
Couch to 5km program shows almost anyone to run 5km. It is free and super easy to follow. I bet you know someone who’s started it or is doing it right now.
There is a real problem with it. Ask any osteopath or physiotherapist about “Couch to 5K” and they’ll tell you most of the knee injuries they are caused by it.
Or they won’t because it’s paying their bills.
