We have prepared a couple of tests to check your strengths, flexibility, and cardio. If you have done it before, you will be able to see how much you have improved. If those are your first Fitness Soul Games, this will be to establish the baseline; we will work to beat your score next time!
The events are open to members and non-members. Book via timetable.
