This one hour Movement MOT session with Functional Range Conditioning coach in Edinburgh will give you a full insight and understanding of your movement quality and health of your joints. 

At the end of the session, you will receive an individualised plan of action to make you better and healthier runner, swimmer, cyclist and human.
