2. Download a good food list
Study it and remove the bad stuff from your kitchen 💪 If that’s too overwhelming don’t worry. We will be doing it gradually through this challenge.
3. We recommend you do all 3-morning sessions. That's absolute minimum for the best fat loss effects.
4. Gift from Us
We will add you unlimited membership for the time of the Bootcamp so you will be able to book any of Fitness Soul classes.
Remember the morning sessions come first and the evening classes are just a bonus. The bookings open seven days in advance. If you are not able to attend any class, please make sure to cancel at least 2h before so someone else can take your space.
