Capped group sizes: Each small group training session has between just three and twelve people to guarantee that you get quality time with your personal trainer.

Why Small Group Training?

For many years we have helped a couple of dozens of personal training clients to reach their goals, get stronger and move better, injury-free.
But we are aware of the limitation of one to one approach. There is a limit to the number of people our personal trainer can work with on a regular basis. Also, for many personal training is simply too expensive.
On the other hand, our regular fitness classes are fun and very engaging and deliver you the right dose of exercise. Still, they are not targetted enough, so it takes longer to achieve significant results. 

IRONFIT session breaches the gap between the two. 

You will get all the attention of personal training and fun and accountability of the group class.
