Day 11 - Play

We, adults, are too serious. Everything needs to be measurable, quantified and recorded.
We create exercise tables, training programs, complicated diets, forgetting that we just need
to move.
Not every step needs and should to be recorded, not every calorie burned added.
Our kids got it right. They play. So today we will play too!
Play can add joy to life, relieve stress, supercharge learning, and connect you to others and
the world around you. Play can also make work more productive and pleasurable.
This is an excellent opportunity to get social too. Get your family and friends involved in your


Go and play! We will not give you examples, be creative.
Is that skipping rope still at the bottom of the closet? How about basketball, remember, you
used to like shooting a few hoops with your friends, or what about dancing in your bedroom
to your favourite songs? Come one, put your baby hat on and enjoy!
