Day 16 - Hot & Cold

Today is our HOT & COLD day. Lets get out of our comfort zone! Try to last a little bit longer than last week! 

We will also focus on having some protein breakfast.


  • Do your Hot or Cold challange and share your photos on social media! Be proud of you achivemnets. 
  • Start the day with some vegetables and protein! Many breakfasts are all about refined carbs—think cereal, toast, bagels and so on. That means people often kick off the morning with an unbalanced meal that’s high in added sugar. Try to find some delicious ways to include vegetables and protein—like a veggie omelet, a protein smoothie and so on.
