Day 26 - Fasting



1.Fasting . Choose from Intermittent Fasting (IF), 24h Fasting or don’t eat for the whole day! This would make a 36h fast. Your last meal would be Thursday dinner, your next meal would be Saturday morning.

2. Recovery – take a day off from any strenuous exercises today. We want  you to get ready for weekend packed with activities!
