TASKS

  1. Intermittent Fasting (IF), 24h Fasting or don’t eat for the whole day! This would make a 36h fast. You r last meal would be Thursday dinner; your next meal would be Saturday morning.
  2. Disconnect from Social Media – SOCIAL MEDIA DETOX! It’s great we are connected 24h per day, but this could be overwhelming. So try for one day (or maybe the whole weekend) not to use Facebook, Instagram or even Whats App. The easiest way to do it it’s just put your phone on airplane mood or uninstall the apps you don’t want to use.
