Day 27 & 28: Long Weekend

The last two days of our four weeks journey are here! This time as a bonus you have two long days back to back! 

Hope you are excited!!!

TASKS

1. The task for both days is to go long. Do long day on Saturday and top up with another activity (or another long day) on Sunday!

For ideas go back to DAY 20

 

For example, you could go for a few hours hike or a long cycle on Saturday. Then top up with a run or a class on Sunday. Or you could do a few different activities on Saturday, followed by a few other activities on Sunday. You choose! 

 

If you are lacking from ideas or you need to top up. Here are few activites to try.

 

Make sure you drink water and have some food to keep your energy up. 

2. SIT DOWN AND TAKE 5 MIN WITH A NOTEPAD. WRITE DOWN:  

  • what have you enjoyed the most from the challenge
  • an obstacle you overcame
  • what are you grateful for
ONCE YOU FINISH SHARE WITH US IN THE GROUP.
