Day 9 - Hot & Cold


Today it’s about getting out of the comfort zone! Try to last a little bit longer than last week! 

The HOT & COLD day is about expanding the range where are you comfortable both cold and hot.
Here are a few ideas about what you can do 
Choose one!

Here are few ideas what you can do:

  • Swim in the sea or lake
  • Take cold shower
  • Take a hot and cold shower
  • Go to a sauna or steam room
  • Workout in the hot environment, like hot yoga, or a short run in the heat (replace the liquids
    after the hot workout)


  • Creating alternative in a monotonouslife
  • It boosts the immune system
  • Improves circulation
  • Great for skin and muscles
  • It boosts exercise performance and overall health
  • Cold helps us create brown fat- “good” fat which keeps us warm
  • It’s you little win! You did something which perhaps you were scared off.
  • We are too comfortable. Our body can thrive in many different environments.
