Here is our Pelvic Floor Peanut Workout! After having a baby, or as we get older, our your pelvic floor muscles have weakened. Here are few exercises you could do to awake your PF! You can squeeze anywhere and any time! No actual peanuts are needed!

The first step is to squeeze your back bottom then the front bottom. Then imagine you want to pick up a peanut or you want to draw a tampon up in your vagina. Are you ready for a ride? We are taking it to the 3rd floor in the imaginary lift inside our body. Release repeat again.
