A great way to improve and maintain fitness. A thorough warm-up session like I have never experienced before, I can literally feel every muscle and joint get warm. This is followed by the main event using kettlebells…. It works your body hard and feels very rewarding at the end. The more effort you put in, the more you get out and Leszek is very encouraging and pays great attention to detail. The cool down / stretch session is amazing too. A great class, a great instructor who makes sure it’s tailored and fun for all levels.

I joined the Bootcamp Edinburgh for the first time in February 2013 and have finished my third one before the summer. I have lost 30lbs of weight in that time, feel much stronger, healthier and have a more positive outlook to life. The instructor is very friendly and positive and the atmosphere allows everyone to work to their own level / speed. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone, no matter their current shape or ability.
I have done conditioning training most of my life in various forms and regularly train with martial arts so I am no stranger to exercise yet I am amazed at how good this training is. I should have been doing this years ago.
If you are serious about wanting to improve your fitness, regardless of your reasons or current level, get along to these classes.
I am a beginner in a lot of what we do here, was one of my reasons for trying these classes, but that simply does not matter – only effort matters. Les is an inspiration who understands his craft better than anyone else I have trained with and has a very real passion to see you improve. Don’t expect it to be easy, but then what in life is worth doing that is 🙂
Really enjoyed being taught in a friendly and welcoming environment by an excellent coach with a sense of humour. Learnt many techniques which will take a while to perfect and looking forward to returning soon. Found the classes very helpful for joint mobility, particularly for opening up the hips and recovering ROM in the knee following medial meniscectomy earlier this year. Great fun too!
