You’ll have a responsibility of working out and your absence will be noticed. You’re accountable to another person and by giving up, you’re not just letting yourself down, but also your trainer. This makes it harder to miss appointments and you work harder to prove yourself.

Group training 3 times a week (with a qualified trainer):
