Report from Weekend Away

Three days of laughs, banter, movement, food and wine! 

We are just back from our 4th Fitness Soul Weekend Away. It was so good! That we already booked the next year! We cooked and ate delicious food, we did various fitness activities, and the most important we had so much laugh and a good time hanging out together.

This was a dream team! I can’t believe we had so many things done in those three days!

During the run on the Fitness Soul Weekend Away, we foraged some clovers to make this beautiful salad.

Here is what is in it. 
Various Greens
Handful of herbs (parsley & dill)
Bunch of Raddishes 
1/2 Cucumber 
Lots of clovers

Dressing made from: 
Olive oil
Apple Cider vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Final thoughts – add less clovers than on the picture 😂
