Summer is finally here! We know lots of you are away, so we are bringing a couple of special programs which you can do anywhere! Strong Core for working towards handstands and the second one is fat burning body shredding Ultimate BURST challenge.  You can do them at home, in the garden, on the beach or join us at the gym (we will do it Monday on the beginning of Kettlebells and Thursday at the end of Kettlebells)! It’s for members only! In order to know what to do and follow the program, please make sure you are part of our Fitness Soul Regular group or Whats Up group (email us if you aren’t so we can add you on)!
